PREPARATION:

Peel the apple, remove the core and the seeds and cut into small cubes. Cut the arugula into julienne strips. Grate the tender Mahón Cheese. In a tasting spoon place a base of arugula and on top of it the apple, previously seasoned with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated Mahón cheese on top.

INGREDIENTS:

• 120 g of tender Mahón Menorca cheese
• 90 g of apple
• 40 g of arugula
• 1 g of salt
• 1 g of pepper
